It works on testing but in real case it does not

Please help us check the following points:

• Make sure Developer mode is OFF.
• Make sure you installed Mageplaza Core module and using its latest version
• Make sure you are NOT using Port 25. If port 465, the protocol will be SSL; port 587 will be TLS.
