Connection timed out
Sometimes you got this message when test with Mageplaza SMTP. Error message: Connection timed out
Solutions
1. Hosting Provider Block Sending ports
Your hosting / server may block 25, 465, or 587 port.
The following Server block these ports are:
- Google Cloud Compute: How to resolve use Sendgrid, Mailgun, Mailjet
2. Firewall
Your server firewall may block the SMTP host or ports, try to check these things.
