It is a very common error that shows in Magento when you install a new extension with system.xml configuration. When you go to the System > Configuration > Extension tab, a 404 error is shown. If you didn’t create restore point, try disabling Mageplaza extensions by module:disable command. With normal setup, the command will look something like this: php bin/magento module:disable where you can get by running php bin/magento module:status
