Can I change checkout's design into (a) columns?

One Step Checkout does support 1-2-3 column(s) layout and all will be compatible with your installed theme. At the admin panel Mageplaza > One Step Checkout: Configuration > Design Configuration > Checkout Page Layout. Uncheck “Use system value” and choose your prefer column layout.
